A lot of people have different styles.  This is your chance to be creative!

A drawing e-mailed to me would be the best, colored, or just written down to describe it.

A descriptive paragraph will also be fine.

Or, if you're trying to match it with an oufit, then a picture of the outfit (or whatever theme you're trying to get) will also do as well!

Now, I can't promise an exact replica, but I will do the best I can!  Which is pretty damn good.

PLEASE be sure to include materials used, and DESCRIPTIVE colors, please.

After you've designed the hat and sent it to me,(pictures will need to be sent VIA email, while wirrten descriptions can be send via Notes) I will review it, and give you a pricing as to how much it will cost.  Whether you do or do not agree, PLEASE still send me an email, so I know what's going on.

If it's too expensive, say so!  I'm willing to work with you.

Unless otherwise stated, all LOLI TOPS top hats clip right into your hair.  If you want it to be tied by a ribbon, then specify!

After reviewing and accepting, it's time to discuss payment!
